Once your venue is booked and you have a general vision for your florals and décor, reach out to check our availability! Peak-season dates tend to book quickly.
Peak Season | January–May & October–December
Full-service weddings have a $5,000 minimum required floral & décor investment.
Non-Peak Season | June–September
Full-service weddings have a $2,500 minimum required floral & décor investment.
**These starting investments are for florals and décor only and do not include any day-of service fees (delivery, setup, transfers, breakdown, etc.) or applicable taxes.**
Weddings that fall below these starting investments can still work with us through our delivery/drop-off or studio pickup options.

To schedule your complimentary initial consultation, simply reach out to us by email or through our contact form on our Instagram! Once we receive your inquiry, our team will connect with you to confirm availability and schedule a virtual Google Meet consultation.
During your consultation, we’ll spend about an hour getting to know you, talking through your vision, and exploring floral and décor ideas for your wedding.
Consultations are available by appointment only.
prepare
Preparing for your initial consultation:
1. Complete our Floral Info Form. This is needed for your consultations
2. Email us your inspiration pictures or send us a link to your Pinterest board (floralstudio@2birdsvents.com)
3. We are specifically looking for pictures of: Bouquets, Ceremony Décor, Reception Décor, Additional Décor, Color, Shape, and Overall Feel.
4. Email a picture of your wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses
5. Prepare a ballpark budget
Additional Considerations +
As a full-service event florist, our team can handle setup, ceremony-to-reception transfers, and end-of-night breakdown of the florals and décor we provide. All applicable service fees will be outlined in your proposal.
Full-service options are available for events that meet our required floral & décor minimums. Holiday minimums may vary.
consult day
During your consultation, we’ll take the time to really get to know your style—what you love, what you don’t, and which details matter most to you. We’ll look through your inspiration, share ideas from our portfolio, and explore vessels and décor options together. By the end, we’ll have a clear vision for your day and everything we need to create your customized floral proposal.
Floral Proposal
Following your consultation, we’ll create a custom floral proposal with estimated pricing based on your vision and budget. You can expect to receive it within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends).
We’ll also place a complimentary 14-day hold on your wedding date while you review everything and decide if we’re the right fit!
reserve your date
Once you’ve reviewed your Floral Proposal, it’s time to add your name to our calendar. A 20% initial booking fee and signed floral contract are required to ensure your spot on our calendar. Once you are officially on our calendar we will then prepare your detailed and custom Design Proposal from which we can make revisions as needed.
post-booking
final consultation
Your final consultation will take place about 10 weeks before your wedding to finalize designs, quantities, and day-of logistics. Your 20% Advance Design Fee is due 8 weeks prior, with the final balance due 30 days before your wedding.
Then, you can officially check florals and décor off your list and focus on enjoying the countdown!

We know we’ll have done our job right when we hear your squeals of joy and see tears of happiness upon delivery! (Kidding… but not really.)
Additional Considerations +
If hired for Setup Services: Our team will deliver your bouquets and personal flowers to your preferred location, then professionally set up and style all florals and décor we are providing.
If hired for Transfer Services: Our team will repurpose designated ceremony florals and décor at the reception and remove any arch or altar structures we’ve provided.
If hired for Breakdown Services: Our team will return at the end of your event to collect our rental items and transfer your flowers into disposable containers for you to take home and enjoy!
