We just got back from an amazing time in Iceland for our honeymoon. We just wanted to shoot you a quick email to let you know how grateful we are for your insanely hard work. We know that you went way above and beyond anyone ever would. I feel that you treated our wedding almost like it was your own, and it really really showed in the way everything turned out. I know our day would not have been half as beautiful and put-together had it not been for you. What really amazed me about you is that I know for a fact there must have been times you were super overwhelmed (because I cannot imagine all of that coming together without times like that), but you are so cool, collected and cheerful no matter what. You were not only such a calming, comforting force for me throughout the whole process, but you put my whole family (including my in-laws) at ease that weekend.

Please let us take this opportunity to tell you how grateful we are to have had you involved as the wedding planner for our daughter, Kerri. We appreciate all of your hard work, with your expertise; we all agree that the entire wedding weekend for Kerri and Eric was like something out of a fairy tale.
We can tell you candidly, that hiring a wedding planner was not something that we had ever considered, but from our first meeting, we felt that everyone involved in the wedding planning realized that we had made a very good decision by including you!
We appreciate the conscientious efforts that you made contacting each of the vendors and coordinating the details that Kerri and Eric selected for their wedding.
We were extremely grateful for the timeline that you created, taking all of the minute details and dreams of the bride, groom and both families and turning them into an event that will live in our memories forever.
The moment that you arrived at the rehearsal Friday to conduct that evenings’ events, everyone was impressed at how you made each and every member of the wedding party feel confident that their part, however large or small, was important. We were pleased by the manner that you confidently and congenially directed each participant so that they would know exactly what they needed to do on the wedding day!
We thought the day of the wedding from the very beginning to end was delightful! Your attention-to-detail and pleasant style of informing everyone what to do and when and how you carefully cued everyone helped to make the flow of the evening wonderful. All of the comments that we received from family members, friends and even the Embassy Suites personnel were highly complimentary!
Given the opportunity, we would like to offer our highest recommendation to anyone who wishes to employ you for a future wedding event. We give our highest accolades for a magnificent job!!

“I got married on October 16, 2009 and Alexis was my wedding coordinator. She was wonderful! She was always readily available for questions and concerns throughout the whole planning process. She was very knowledgeable and offered much needed advice during the planning process.
On the wedding day, the weather had turned into a nor’easter storm, and we had to make a call to move the wedding indoors. She executed things beautifully. What could have been a disaster of a day, turned into the wedding of my dreams, because of Alexis. She was so attentive of mine and my husband’s needs to ensure that we were taken care of and happy. I never had to ask for anything because Alexis knew when to act and what to do. The reception flowed beautifully with never a down moment. Alexis had this way of organizing everything, ensuring things kept to the established time line, without drawing much attention to herself. She was there when you needed her to be, without saying a word, and in the backdrop of the event when she wasn’t needed. I would not have done anything differently if I had it to do over again.
Alexis was very professional and made me feel like my wedding was the only one taking place, whenever I conversed with her, from the planning process till the very end when we left the reception.
